Performance Reporting Senior Officer

Role Overview

The Performance Reporting Senior Officer will own the creation and upkeep of performance reports and dashboards, primarily in Power BI. The position is focused on turning data into clear business insights that help leadership make informed strategic decisions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical confidence, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a simple, business-friendly way.

Core Responsibilities

• Build, refresh, and manage performance dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Deliver scheduled performance reporting accurately and within deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs and performance measures across different business areas.
• Gather, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover patterns and actionable insights.
• Perform root cause analysis on performance gaps and recommend practical improvement measures.
• Partner with teams across the organization to understand their reporting needs and create suitable solutions.
• Create interactive and user-friendly dashboards that support decision-making.
• Apply strong data visualization practices to improve clarity, usability, and impact.
• Update existing dashboards as business priorities and requirements change.
• Work with managers and other stakeholders to capture reporting expectations and outputs.
• Explain data findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a concise and understandable manner.
• Support users through training and guidance on how to read and use dashboards and reports effectively.
• Keep current with evolving trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Look for ways to improve reporting workflows, tools, and efficiency.
• Drive automation of repetitive reporting activities wherever possible.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are considered a strong advantage.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining advanced dashboards in Power BI.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in ERP platforms and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and think-cell.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
