About The Opportunity
This temporary, 4-month role is based in Auckland CBD and offers a chance to work within a large, complex organization known for its kind, inclusive, and diverse employee culture. If you have prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support capacity, managing calendars and supporting multiple managers, this position is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars and appointments.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for supported managers.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, including agenda preparation, document coordination, technology management, and minute-taking.
- Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of board and governance papers.
- Support and coordinate group risk reporting activities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth operational flow.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within professional services or a comparable setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective liaison with diverse stakeholders and senior-level relationship building.
- Capacity to adapt to evolving priorities, demands, and timelines.
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
