About the role
We’re looking for an energetic and skilled personal trainer to join the team in Delhi. The role centers on creating tailored fitness plans, coaching clients closely, and guiding them toward measurable health and performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Create individualized training plans based on each client’s goals, needs, and preferences.
- Provide hands-on one-to-one coaching, including exercise demonstration, correction, and motivation.
- Evaluate clients at the start, define realistic targets, and map out practical steps to achieve them.
- Monitor client progress regularly, share feedback, and update programs whenever needed.
- Help grow the training business by bringing in new clients and building loyalty with existing ones.
Skills and background
- Experience or strong familiarity with athletic and sports-focused environments.
- Knowledge of weight training and functional fitness methods.
- Interest in calisthenics and CrossFit-style training.
- Strong personal presentation, grooming, and fitness discipline.
- Genuine enthusiasm for health, wellness, and active living.
