About the Role
Pacsun is looking for a Photography Retoucher to support a fast-moving ecommerce workflow in Anaheim, CA. The role centers on preparing a high volume of product imagery for Pacsun.com while maintaining clean, accurate, and on-brand visual standards. The position is part of a team that supports brands and initiatives connected to Pacsun Community and PacCares, including efforts related to mental health, diversity, and equality.
What You’ll Do
- Edit a large daily volume of product images, typically 80 to 100+ files per day, with work that includes light retouching, resizing, masking, and color correction.
- Manage digital assets for product photography before and after production across image servers.
- Work with the site merchandising team to publish completed product images to the appropriate servers for Pacsun.com.
- Review live website images to confirm quality and accuracy.
- Take on other image-production or related duties as needed.
What You’ll Need
- A degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Intermediate-level Adobe Photoshop ability.
- Working knowledge of web image optimization and image hosting systems.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience handling digital assets, with the ability to manage very large file volumes across the team, up to 100k+ files annually.
- A photography background is an added advantage.
- Strong organization skills and close attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules during seasonal peak periods such as holiday and back-to-school cycles.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, non-exempt office role based onsite in Anaheim, California. The schedule may occasionally include evenings or weekends during peak retail periods. The work environment is professional and uses standard office equipment.

- Frequently involves sitting, standing, walking, using hands and arms, and handling or feeling objects.
- Needs close, distance, and depth vision, along with the ability to adjust focus.
- Work may take place in an open office with changing temperatures and standard lighting.
- Extended computer and mobile phone use is expected, often with interruptions.
- May require moving through stairs or elevators to attend meetings across multiple floors.
- Some travel by hotel, airplane, or car may be necessary.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $57,598 to $65,702.
