About the Role
We are hiring an AI Trainer specializing in physics to support the development and improvement of AI models.
This opportunity is best suited to someone with deep physics knowledge. A Master's or PhD that is currently underway or already completed is preferred, though it is not mandatory. Applicants with strong backgrounds in related areas such as astrophysics, biophysics, electrical engineering, nuclear engineering, chemical engineering, or mathematics may also be a good fit.
What Contracting With Us Looks Like
- You can pick the projects you want to take on and decide when you work.
- The role is flexible and can be done on your own schedule, using your own computer, from home.
- Compensation begins at $40+ USD per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay.
Responsibilities
- Create challenging physics prompts for AI chatbots and assess how well they respond.
- Review AI-generated answers for accuracy and overall quality.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills.
- A careful, detail-focused working style.
- Solid understanding of classical mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and introductory quantum concepts.
- A Master's and/or PhD that is in progress or already completed is preferred, but not required.

This is an independent contractor engagement. Payments are processed through PayPal, and no payment will ever be requested from applicants. Any currency conversion from USD will be handled by PayPal. Only candidates located in New Zealand will be considered.
