Role overview

The Picking Staff role supports warehouse and production logistics activities at the Lippstadt facility, ensuring materials, equipment, and parts are available where they are needed.

Key duties

• Supply materials for manufacturing orders.
• Pick goods according to transport orders.
• Prepare equipment and spare parts for the shipping department and external service providers.
• Carry out stock counts and inventory checks.
• Load and unload goods, using a forklift and/or pallet truck when required.
• Provide materials to production through a continuous circulation system (milk run).
• Improve daily work processes and keep work areas tidy and clean.
• Support CORE projects as needed.
