Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Placement Manager. This is a full-time, campus-based opportunity at the Kochi / Coimbatore campus, supporting Amrita Online Degree Programs.

What the job involves

You will plan and run placement drives and career fairs, conduct career guidance and employability sessions for students, and build productive relationships with companies and hiring partners. A major part of the role is to coordinate with employers to open up suitable job opportunities for students.

Experience and profile needed

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in student placement coordination, preferably in the context of online degree programs. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential. The role also requires familiarity with industrial clusters across sectors and locations, solid networking ability, willingness to travel, strong team leadership, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and with others.
