The operations function is responsible for delivering services to clients at a high standard while making sure the work consistently meets QIMA quality expectations.
Role summary
In this position, you will support the front-line auditor team with administrative coordination, review incoming audit orders, build audit protocols according to internal procedures and customer needs, keep internal records up to date, and coordinate day-to-day operational matters with field auditors and the New Delhi office team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to auditors working in the field.
- Check and approve audit orders submitted by clients.
- Prepare audit protocols in line with company processes and client specifications.
- Update and maintain internal systems and databases.
- Handle everyday operational discussions with field auditors and the local office team.
Candidate profile
This role is suited to someone with a college degree, strong English communication skills, and around 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Comfort with computers, the ability to learn quickly, and a willingness to grow are also important.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
