Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and highly organized PMO Manager to join a team in the United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for strengthening project governance, improving delivery discipline, and ensuring that multiple initiatives are aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the Project Management Office to maintain strong governance across all projects.
- Create, refine, and roll out project management standards, processes, and best practices.
- Track portfolios, budgets, timelines, risk exposure, and allocation of resources.
- Review project progress and prepare dashboard-style reports for senior leadership.
- Guide project managers through planning, execution, and successful completion of projects.
- Put in place project controls, risk mitigation structures, and compliance procedures.
- Ensure projects stay connected to organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Promote ongoing improvement in project delivery capability throughout the organization.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated background in PMO leadership, portfolio management, or senior project management.
- Solid understanding of project governance, portfolio oversight, and PMO operating models.
- Professional credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PgMP, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to project tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, or Asana.
- Strong capabilities in analysis, leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proven ability to manage several complex projects and strategic programs at the same time.
