About the Role
LiveBig is a specialist allied health organisation supporting people with disability through therapy and assessments delivered at home, in the community, and by telehealth. The service operates across four states and nationally. The team is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner for the Melbourne South East region in Victoria. This opportunity is available as full-time or part-time, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team that values contribution, growth, and professional input.
- Carry out detailed assessments, evidence-based interventions, therapy planning, and clinical reporting for clients with disability, using sound clinical judgement and best-practice approaches.
- Keep client documentation thorough, current, and accurate, ensuring notes are updated after each appointment or contact.
- Provide services in a way that respects the cultural, linguistic, and personal needs of each client.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary colleagues to support smooth and effective service delivery.
- Deliver supports in line with applicable legislation and standards, including NDIS Practice Standards.

Requirements
- Current NDIS registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at minimum core level.
- Ideally at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- Working With Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check, or a willingness to obtain them.
- Previous experience in NDIS and community-based work is preferred.
