Role Overview
Join a remote contract engagement focused on private equity research, where your work will help produce high-quality analysis for investment decisions, market understanding, and deal assessment.
The assignment is structured around research, financial analysis, and documentation support for private equity workflows.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
Pay is set at $130 per hour, with an expectation of at least 10 hours each week. The position is remote and offered on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve financial models that inform investment decisions.
- Prepare organized investment memos and clear analytical write-ups.
- Estimate market size and assess total addressable market potential.
- Review deal documents, including CIMs and due diligence materials.
- Assist with sourcing opportunities through focused research and screening.
Core Requirements
- Solid understanding of private equity deal processes and investment analysis.
- Proven ability to structure financial models and analytical outputs.
- Comfort working with transaction documents and diligence materials.
- Strong written communication skills for turning complex analysis into concise insights.
- Reliable performance in independent, project-based work settings.
