Role Summary

The Private Equity team is seeking a 6-month intern based in Singapore. The role covers the investment lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, screening, diligence, execution support, and portfolio company improvement work. The intern will also work closely with teams such as Client Solutions, KKR Capstone, and KKR Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

• Study market and industry developments to surface promising investment angles.
• Source potential transactions that align with the team’s investment focus.
• Run detailed due diligence, business analysis, and financial modeling on prospective investments, while supporting end-to-end deal execution.
• Assist in managing portfolio companies and contribute to operating, financial, and value-creation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is genuinely interested in investing, highly analytical, and comfortable in a demanding, high-performance environment. Experience across different industries is considered useful. The role requires prior exposure to investment analysis and structuring, strong research skills, and solid quantitative, valuation, and financial modeling capability. The successful candidate should be able to work independently, fit into a collaborative team culture, and bring strong academic credentials from a top-tier institution. Prior private equity or investment banking internship experience will be an advantage.
