Job description

About the Role

Silver Air Private Jets is seeking a highly motivated Private Jet Advisor to join their exclusive Flight Club program. This is not a typical charter sales position; instead, you will focus on cultivating and nurturing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Your primary responsibility will be to build lasting connections with clients who expect a superior level of service. You will be supported by a robust infrastructure, including a Part 135 operator with its own fleet, a dedicated charter trip management team, in-house marketing professionals, a full-service agency, and an AI-integrated CRM system. This role offers a high-performance environment with a focus on client relationships and career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, executives, and entrepreneurs through existing networks, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Represent Flight Club at exclusive events such as private gatherings, charity functions, real estate events, yacht shows, and luxury lifestyle activations.
  • Convert high-quality inbound leads generated by the marketing team into members of the Flight Club.
  • Conduct in-depth consultative sales conversations to understand client travel habits, lifestyle preferences, and aviation requirements, positioning Flight Club as the ideal solution.
  • Guide prospective clients through the Flight Balance funding process with complete transparency and no high-pressure tactics.
  • Clearly communicate the comprehensive value proposition of Flight Club, including invitation-only access, tail-specific aircraft options, Mechanical Recovery Guarantee, curated one-way flights, and access to a network of luxury lifestyle partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all members within your portfolio, providing responsive, proactive, and relationship-focused service.
  • Introduce members to Flight Club's exclusive lifestyle partner network, encompassing private clubs, villas, yachts, bespoke concierge services, and unique events.
  • Foster a strong referral pipeline by delivering an exceptional member experience.
  • Meticulously manage your sales pipeline within the HubSpot CRM, ensuring all activities, follow-ups, and opportunities are accurately tracked.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign development, event planning, and member engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of the Flight Club's member travel program, including curated group travel experiences.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment, preferably within luxury goods, real estate, wealth management, hospitality, or executive services.
  • Possession of an established network of high-net-worth individuals who utilize private aviation, such as contacts within family offices, corporate executives, real estate principals, or wealth advisors.
  • A proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with affluent or ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
  • A natural consultative selling approach, characterized by active listening before presenting solutions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently without relying on scripts.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.
  • Prior experience in Part 135 aviation, charter services, or private jet brokerage is highly advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for aviation, travel, and the luxury lifestyle sector is preferred.

Perks

  • Competitive compensation structure including base salary and uncapped commission, with income potential directly tied to client portfolio growth.
  • Performance-based bonuses for Aircraft Management deals through PureJet Management.
  • A 5% matching contribution to 401(k) or Roth retirement plans.
  • Monthly allowance for cell phone expenses.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and their families at no cost.
  • Access to mental health support services.
  • Travel insurance and pet insurance benefits.
  • Participation in wellness programs and initiatives promoting work-life balance.
  • Extensive opportunities for personal development and access to employee assistance programs.

Eligibility

This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a strong network among high-net-worth individuals and a passion for the luxury lifestyle and aviation sectors. Candidates should possess a proven track record in consultative sales and a self-driven approach to building client relationships.
