Job description

Role Summary

This position is focused on handling end-to-end procurement work, from receiving requirements through to contract completion. The role involves sourcing materials and services on time, controlling costs, and building productive relationships with suppliers while supporting the full procurement workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out procurement activities such as issuing RFQs, assessing bids, and preparing purchase orders.
  • Search for, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best combination of price and quality.
  • Track supplier performance and verify that contractual commitments and service expectations are met.
  • Work closely with internal teams to clarify requirements and help ensure deliveries arrive when needed.
  • Keep procurement files, records, reports, and related paperwork accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute to cost reduction efforts and ongoing improvements in procurement methods.
  • Make sure all procurement work follows company policies, standards, and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
  • Applicants should have 2 to 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Strong capability in negotiation, analysis, and vendor management is needed.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office is expected.
  • A solid understanding of procurement best practices and contract fundamentals is important.
