Key Responsibilities
- Help with vendor onboarding tasks such as vendor setup, vendor due diligence reviews, document collection, and routine compliance checks so vendors remain prepared for internal audits and regulatory scrutiny.
- Provide day-to-day support for indirect procurement categories including technology, professional services, marketing, HR, legal, and related functions while following internal procurement policies and procedures.
- Oversee the vendor lifecycle by coordinating RFP/RFQ activities, evaluating suppliers, supporting selection decisions, and tracking vendor performance over time.
- Handle vendor negotiations using product and market insights, including pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, service-level expectations, and contract-signing follow-up.
- Contribute to procurement awareness through training support and knowledge-sharing efforts across the organization.
- Participate in initiatives that streamline procurement workflows, improve transparency, and strengthen compliance.
- Assist with data review, invoice checks, procurement initiation steps, and documentation tracking to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or above is required.
- Strong command of both English and Mandarin is necessary for communication with vendors and internal teams across regions.
- At least 1 year of practical experience in indirect procurement is required; exposure to compliance, marketing, technology, or professional services is an advantage.
- A good grasp of contract terms, procurement efficiency, and cost management, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support compliant execution.
- Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and vendor assessment methods.
- Capability to manage several projects at once while maintaining strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Independent, delivery-focused, and comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Able to perform well in a fast-moving, demanding environment.
- Strong market awareness and negotiation ability to identify opportunities and reach favorable outcomes.
- Backgrounds in FinTech, financial services, or consulting are especially welcome.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to contribute to a leading blockchain ecosystem shaping the future.
- Exposure to skilled colleagues in a global, user-focused organization with a flat structure.
- Ownership of challenging, fast-moving projects in an innovative setting.
- A performance-driven culture with room for learning and career development.
- Competitive compensation and company benefits.
- A work-from-home arrangement, depending on business team needs and the nature of the work.
