Role overview
In this position, you will help bring products and services to market by supporting commercialization, day-to-day operations, and go-to-market delivery for a partner network. The work is strongly process-driven and involves close coordination with Product Managers as well as teams across Sales, Billing, and Operations.
The objective is to keep product activities accurate and running smoothly, support launches, flag improvement opportunities, and serve as an important connection point across departments so product operations remain seamless.
What you will do
- Set up product offers and make sure every required field and parameter is recorded correctly.
- Coordinate translation requests for product names and descriptions.
- Keep product pricing updated across internal systems and price lists.
- Manage price updates for catalogs and subscription offerings.
- Refresh pricing documents and quotation tools.
- Arrange creation of discounts, promotions, and promo codes.
- Work as the coordination point between Product, Sales, Billing, and Operations.
- Look into and help resolve issues tied to product data, billing, and customer incidents.
- Assist with manual usage reconciliations, quantity uploads, and data mappings.
- Spot process gaps and help improve or automate recurring activities.
- Support product launch activities and operational readiness work.
What you need
- About 2 to 4 years of experience in product operations, business operations, coordination, administration, or a closely related operational role.
- Proven ability to work with several stakeholders in a cross-functional setup.
- Experience handling data, pricing, catalogs, reporting, or similar operational workflows is a strong advantage.
- Background in SaaS, technology, telecommunications, or another fast-moving environment is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Exposure to Office 365 and Power BI or comparable BI tools is an added advantage.
- Comfort working across multiple systems, tools, and operational platforms.
