Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner organization, which oversees the application review and the next stages of the hiring process. They are seeking a Product Analyst for Muslima, based in Germany.

The role centers on using data to shape product decisions for large-scale social discovery platforms serving millions of people around the world. You will investigate product behavior, spot meaningful patterns, and surface growth opportunities that can improve engagement and business results. The job blends analytical depth with product judgment, so you will turn raw data into practical insights and hypotheses that can be tested. A major part of the work involves experiment design and evaluation, A/B testing, and supporting revenue and growth modeling. The environment is global, remote-first, fast-paced, and strongly focused on experimentation and continuous product improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Track and review core product metrics routinely to flag anomalies, performance shifts, and early trend changes.
  • Plan, test, and assess A/B experiments with statistical accuracy and dependable interpretation of outcomes.
  • Help shape, rank, and confirm product hypotheses using evidence drawn from data.
  • Work through large datasets to uncover growth levers and non-obvious connections between product measures.
  • Compute and monitor unit economics such as LTV, CAC, and ARPU across different user cohorts.
  • Create forecasting and impact models to estimate the business and revenue effects of new product changes.
  • Partner closely with product and growth teams to inform experimentation and decision-making.

What you need

  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline.
  • Strong grounding in probability and mathematical statistics as applied to practical analysis.
  • Comfort using SQL, Python, and Excel for hands-on data work.
  • Direct experience designing and analyzing A/B tests in a product or growth setting.
  • Good working knowledge of marketing and product metrics, with real-world application.
  • A self-directed, proactive analytical approach with the ability to spot opportunities independently.
  • Capability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and turn them into clear business recommendations.

Benefits and additional details

  • This is a fully remote role within a globally distributed team.
  • Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the hiring process.
  • Leave includes 28 days of annual vacation plus 7 wellness days each year.
  • Financial backing is available for professional training, conferences, and industry events.
  • Employees receive corporate discounts for English language learning.
  • Health-related benefits or annual wellness compensation support is provided.
  • Remote equipment support or setup reimbursement may be offered depending on location.
  • Referral bonuses are available for successful recommendations.
  • An internal reward program offers redeemable perks and experiences.

Recruitment and privacy notice

The partner company manages the rest of the recruitment journey, including interviews and any assessments. Applications are screened using an AI-assisted matching process so that the most relevant candidates are identified quickly and fairly against the role’s core requirements.

Submitting an application means your personal data will be processed for candidate evaluation and shared with the hiring employer where relevant. This is handled under legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures in line with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing at any time.

AI tools may also be used in parts of the recruitment workflow, such as reviewing applications, examining resumes, or checking responses for possible inconsistencies or verification indicators. These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment, and the final hiring decision is made by people.
