Role Overview

This Product Designer role centers on building digital experiences for Toyota’s products, with equal attention to usability, visual craft, and brand expression. The position calls for a strategic, detail-focused designer who can connect user needs, business goals, and interface design into polished product experiences.

You will collaborate closely with clients and internal partners to define challenges, shape solutions, create prototypes, and move concepts into production. The work also involves partnering with Product Managers, Strategists, Developers, and senior design leadership to create original digital products and services.

UX Responsibilities

In the UX side of the role, you will translate stakeholder input and user needs into elegant concepts, wireframes, journeys, and interface directions. The job also involves competitive analysis, strategic thinking, and contributing to shared UX standards and pattern libraries.

Visual Design Responsibilities

On the visual design side, you will help define requirements, develop pixel-precise design solutions, and keep digital experiences aligned with evolving brand and product needs. You will also stay current with design trends and technology, while contributing to visual pattern libraries and design system standards.

Key Deliverables

You will be expected to produce clear, development-ready outputs and present them effectively to stakeholders. The role includes shaping design work for agile delivery, contributing to reusable components, and supporting the ongoing improvement of digital design systems.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings several years of relevant experience, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to solve complex product design problems in a large, fast-moving environment. Clear communication, collaborative habits, and comfort working in iterative teams are essential.

The stated annual compensation range for this role is USD 73,150 to USD 107,744. Pay will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and role requirements, and the company may change the range as needed. The application deadline for this posting is 8/3/2026.
