Job Overview
This opportunity is for a Product Engineer who wants to build a long-term career by supporting high-reliability process control products. The role is focused on strengthening engineering maintenance, improving product performance, and driving continuous enhancement while working closely with teams across the business to deliver practical, high-quality solutions that satisfy both customer expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for engineering records and product setup data, including bills of materials, specifications, and part numbering, ensuring alignment with internal rules and external standards.
- Work with Manufacturing teams to meet yield targets, quality expectations, and cost objectives.
- Spot, assess, and put into action opportunities that reduce cost and improve efficiency.
- Offer technical guidance and product support to Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and customers across global locations.
- Carry out product testing, fault analysis, and troubleshooting to verify performance and confirm compliance with specifications.
- Create practical and innovative solutions that address customer needs while considering constraints such as low-power mixed-signal design and hazardous operating environments.

Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of electronics, along with analytical and problem-solving ability to interpret designs, standards, specifications, and product information.
- Creative thinking with the ability to contribute new ideas that strengthen product reliability and performance.
- High attention to detail and a careful, disciplined approach to documentation and data accuracy.
- Practical experience using electronic test equipment and working with both through-hole and surface-mount components.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration in cross-functional settings.
- Exposure to mechanical and pneumatic systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- An engineering degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, plus at least 3 years of experience supporting electronic or electrical products.
