About the Role
This position is for a data-oriented digital product professional who can strengthen analytics foundations and help product teams act on meaningful insights. The focus is on MarTech-led measurement and analytics across digital products.
You will own the approach to tracking, measuring, and understanding customer behavior across web and mobile experiences so that business and product decisions are backed by reliable data. The role includes setting up and maintaining analytics frameworks, aligning KPIs across important customer journeys such as booking, manage order, loyalty, and ancillaries, and producing dashboards and reports that make performance and improvement areas easy to understand.
A major part of the job is to ensure precise tagging, accurate event tracking, and strong data quality. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and MarTech teams to build measurement needs into product development, support experimentation and A/B testing, and troubleshoot tracking issues whenever they occur.
This role offers the chance to build Riyadh Air’s digital analytics base and contribute to a premium customer experience across digital channels.
Requirements
You should hold a degree and bring at least 8 years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, or other data-led product roles. Strong practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform is required.
You must be comfortable creating KPIs, developing measurement frameworks, and turning product needs into clear tracking specifications. Strong analytical ability, hands-on SQL experience, and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker are essential.
Additional experience with mobile analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation platforms will be an advantage. Experience in airline, travel, or large-scale e-commerce environments, especially around booking funnels or loyalty journeys, is preferred.
Success in this role will also depend on your ability to work well with others, communicate clearly, manage several stakeholders, and maintain a high standard of data accuracy.
