Role overview

In this Healthcare Tech product role, you will guide the creation of digital products that support Singapore’s healthcare system. The position sits at the crossroads of technology, policy, and product execution, requiring close partnership with policymakers, engineers, designers, and operational teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for healthcare workers and the public.

You will be responsible for product ownership from end to end, starting with problem definition and continuing through delivery and iteration. The work covers healthcare policy areas including regulation, financing, and services policy.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product results by framing the problem clearly, setting success measures, and driving execution toward measurable impact.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, product operations, and policy teams to launch robust digital solutions.
• Convert policy objectives into product direction in partnership with MOH policy stakeholders, ensuring complex goals become practical, scalable systems.
• Work effectively in multi-stakeholder environments by aligning agencies, leadership, and subject matter experts while balancing priorities and constraints.
• Use data, user research, and experimentation to guide priorities and keep improving product outcomes.

What the team is looking for

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of product management experience and has a record of shipping digital products with measurable impact. You should be able to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence others without direct reporting authority. Strong analytical thinking and a data-first approach are important, along with the ability to turn insights into decisions. Interest in public service and healthcare is a strong advantage.
