Product Manager

Role overview

This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi and includes the option to work remotely for part of the week. The Product Manager will guide the development and ongoing management of products and services so they support the company’s broader strategic objectives.

What you will do

• Shape product direction and ensure it stays aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Collect, evaluate, and rank product needs and feature requests.
• Work closely with teams across functions to move initiatives forward.
• Study market movements and industry patterns to inform product decisions.
• Track delivery progress and help ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Share the product vision, updates, and performance results with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in product management, including roadmap planning, lifecycle oversight, and strategic alignment.
• Background in market research, competitor review, and gathering input from stakeholders.
• Comfort using project management tools and methods, with a history of delivering work on time.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to perform effectively in a hybrid setup while balancing part-time responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, product management, engineering, or a related discipline; higher education or professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Exposure to the transportation and infrastructure sectors, especially in an international or African setting, is considered a strong plus.
