About the Role

Bitfinex is hiring a Product Manager to help expand and improve its products. This is a hands-on position with ownership across product areas, working closely with engineering, design, legal, and marketing to ship and refine features end to end.

The role is not limited to one fixed domain. Priorities shift, so the right person should be able to move across different parts of the platform, adapt quickly, and keep momentum even when details are still evolving.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for key product areas across the web platform, such as trading, wallets, onboarding, and staking.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver new functionality and fix issues.
• Work through practical constraints involving legal, compliance, and technical limitations.
• Set priorities based on business and user impact, and keep initiatives progressing even when the scope is not fully defined.
• Improve existing user journeys and workflows, not only new feature development.
• Coordinate launches with marketing and legal teams when required.
• Operate effectively in a remote, distributed team setup.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of product experience, or equivalent practical ownership.
• Background in consumer-facing financial services or cryptocurrency products is a strong advantage.
• Good product judgment and the ability to break down complex workflows into simpler ones.
• Comfort working with engineers and understanding technical constraints.
• Ability to make decisions and move forward despite ambiguity or incomplete information.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially in asynchronous environments.
• A proactive mindset and the drive to keep work moving.
