Job description

About the Company

PayPal has spent over 25 years transforming the way commerce works around the world. The company builds secure, personalized, and easy-to-use experiences for moving money, buying, and selling, serving consumers and businesses across roughly 200 markets.

At scale, PayPal runs a global two-sided network that links hundreds of millions of merchants and consumers. It supports online and in-person transactions, and it offers proprietary payment capabilities that help complete payments directly on the platform for customers.

Customers can use their accounts to pay for goods and services, receive money, move funds, and withdraw balances. PayPal also helps people exchange money more safely by supporting a range of funding sources such as bank accounts, PayPal or Venmo balances, branded credit products, cards, certain cryptocurrencies, gift cards, and eligible rewards. Its PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make personal transfers simpler and safer. For merchants, the company delivers end-to-end payment services with authorization, settlement, instant access to funds, payouts, customer interaction tools, exchange and return handling, and risk management support. It also helps businesses reduce friction in cross-border commerce and expand globally.

PayPal’s culture is shaped by four core values: Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness. These values guide how teams work together, keep customers at the center, and support one another and their communities.
