Role Overview

MealSuite is hiring a Product Manager focused on the Culinary pillar, specifically the Recipes & Menus area. This part of the platform underpins menus, recipes, and the core data that supports forecasting, procurement, and POS-related workflows. The role is centered on making a complex product easier to use, raising data quality, and supporting growth into new markets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the Recipes & Menus domain, taking features from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Work with customers and end users to understand operational needs, then turn those workflows into practical and scalable product solutions.
• Create detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures, while handling intricate relational data structures.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Experience, and internal stakeholders to align solutions with company goals and maintain delivery quality.
• Set and monitor product KPIs to support prioritization, roadmap planning, platform simplification, data consistency, and expansion into new markets.

What You Bring

• At least 3–5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated ownership of features or products from discovery through implementation and release.
• Hands-on experience with complex data models and relational systems.
• Background in customer discovery and user research, especially with operational teams or frontline users.
• Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience defining, tracking, and using product metrics or KPIs to guide decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment and making progress amid ambiguity.

Compensation

The role offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 120,000, or CAD 85,000 to 125,000.
