Job overview

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with substantial experience in retail and practical involvement in Order Management System (OMS) projects. This role calls for a solid grasp of order handling, replenishment planning, inventory distribution, and supply chain workflows. You will work closely with business, technology, and operations partners to shape product direction, deliver OMS improvements, and build scalable solutions that strengthen fulfillment and inventory efficiency.

Core responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the product direction and delivery plan for order management and replenishment features.
  • Drive the assessment, solution design, and rollout of OMS capabilities that support retail and distribution operations.
  • Collect, document, organize, and rank business needs, then convert them into product features and user stories that can be executed by delivery teams.
  • Work across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, Distribution, and Technology groups to achieve business goals.
  • Design and improve order flow processes, inventory allocation approaches, replenishment activities, and fulfillment functions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release coordination.
  • Track product outcomes, spot opportunities to improve processes, and promote ongoing enhancements.
  • Serve as a knowledge resource for OMS and replenishment practices, supporting stakeholders and project teams with guidance.
  • Lead stakeholder conversations, handle competing priorities, and keep business objectives aligned with delivery progress.

Required experience and qualifications

  • 4 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, or in a Senior Business Analyst role with a move toward Product Management.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Retail industry experience is required, along with exposure to replenishment and inventory management workflows.
  • Good understanding of replenishment operations in retail or distribution environments.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory allocation, order orchestration, and full order lifecycle management.
  • Prior work in Agile settings using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder handling skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, plus the ability to present ideas and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred background

  • Experience with enterprise OMS products and supply chain software.
  • Exposure to omnichannel retail models, fulfillment optimization, and inventory improvement initiatives.
  • Experience leading large transformation or modernization programs in retail organizations.
