Production Associate - Utility III - 2nd Shift

Role Summary

Cintas Canada is hiring a Production Associate - Utility III to support its Rental Division in Windsor, Ontario. In this role, you will handle a range of production tasks assigned by the shift supervisor and step in wherever support is needed across the production floor.

What You’ll Do

The work can vary from day to day because this position covers for employee vacations and absences. Typical duties may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding items, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and carrying out other production activities at level three or below as required to keep operations moving.

You will also be expected to keep your work area clean and organized while consistently meeting or exceeding standards for output and quality.

Work Expectations

• Follow the attendance policy at all times.
• Be comfortable working near other people for long periods in a safe manner.
• Be prepared for a fast-moving, schedule-driven environment where tasks must be completed under time pressure.

Physical Demands

• Standing is required for most of the shift.
