Role Overview

Kalyani Innerwear is hiring a Production Merchandiser for its Loni, Uttar Pradesh location. The role focuses on coordinating production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely output. The salary offered is up to 25,000 per month, and the company is looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and execute a quality plan that aligns the company’s quality assurance processes and policies with required quality standards.
• Handle production planning activities such as line scheduling, target setting, work-in-progress monitoring, goods movement, and maintenance coordination.
• Review samples and production approvals by checking measurements, workmanship, fit, accessories, and related details, then share feedback for production correction and approval.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers to source materials needed for new product ranges.
• Carry out quality inspections at multiple stages of the production flow to support forecasting, output control, and on-time delivery.

Experience and Compensation

The position requires 2 to 3 years of experience. Compensation is capped at 25,000 per month.
