About the Role
The Production Scheduler will coordinate and organize production plans so operations run smoothly, customer needs are met, and performance continues to improve. This role calls for someone who is proactive, energetic, analytical, and able to motivate the workforce through clear planning and communication of daily production activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan production activities in an efficient way to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and communicate daily production schedules and work programs.
- Help improve operational effectiveness and overall production performance.
- Work closely with the workforce to keep production activities aligned and on track.
- Bring a proactive and analytical approach to day-to-day scheduling decisions.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer literacy.
