Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site house cleaning position based in Orange Park, Florida. The schedule is designed to avoid late nights, with weekends and holidays rarely required. The role offers a pay structure that can increase with performance, speed, and leadership responsibilities.

Pay and schedule

After training, the role starts with a guaranteed minimum of $15.00 per hour, paid weekly. Training pay is $14.00 per hour for the first 5 to 6 days. Candidates who hold a valid driver’s license, can operate a company vehicle, and show leadership ability may earn between $17 and $24 per hour. Direct deposit is available to a valid checking or savings account. Work hours are generally Monday to Friday from 7:45am to 5pm, with occasional days extending beyond 6pm.

About the work

Responsibilities

• Clean client homes according to the company’s standards and established process
• Communicate with customers and teammates in a courteous, upbeat, and professional way
• If placed in a team leader role, coordinate the team’s schedule and drive safely in the company vehicle
• As a team leader, handle basic care of equipment and ensure the vehicle is stocked with the needed cleaning supplies
• As a team leader, oversee the quality of work inside homes and help manage team members during the day

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check
• Must be physically able to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Must be available Monday through Friday during daytime hours, generally 7:45am to 5pm, with occasional work past 6pm
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients
