- Work closely with sales, account management, and other internal teams to understand client requirements and solution needs.
- Support the creation of business cases, including proof-of-concept work and use-case demonstrations.
- Discuss data, systems, and customization needs with clients to build a clear understanding of their environment.
- Deploy the company’s solutions across on-site, remote SaaS, or hybrid environments.
- Use application programming tools and integration methods to connect solutions with client systems and workflows.
- Configure, and when needed customize, software to fit client requirements.
- Deliver client training and consulting both in person and remotely.
- Use batch processes to integrate products into existing client operations.
- Test implementations to confirm they meet required quality and performance standards.
- Support clients through post-implementation transition before handing them over to the Customer Success team.
Required Experience and Skills
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical implementations and system integrations.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, information science, mathematics, or a similar field; relevant experience may also be considered.
- Hands-on experience with C, Java, .NET, or similar programming languages.
- Strong database knowledge, especially in writing SQL queries.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Ability to understand, explain, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Skill in translating client needs into practical solution designs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Proven ability to work well in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Native-level Arabic and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to secure and maintain the necessary travel documents and visas.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Background
