Job description

Overview

Google is seeking a Program Manager for the Google Arts and Culture team in London. In this role, you will help drive external visibility and strengthen relationships across the cultural and technology landscape. You will work closely with the vice president and senior leaders to make sure executive interactions are smooth, strategic, and aligned with broader communication goals.

The role involves leading complex, cross-functional work from planning through execution. You will coordinate stakeholders, timelines, risks, and communications across teams, often working across offices, time zones, and regions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of hands-on professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in executive support, outreach, or communications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience working directly with executive leaders to advance business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in creating external narratives and drafting speeches.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and execute external engagement plans for GAC leadership with partners, cultural figures, and public policy executives.
  • Prepare polished briefings and manage logistics for leadership engagements and strategic travel, including speeches and other high-stakes executive communications.
  • Work with internal teams and outside partners to review, prioritize, and route engagement requests based on strategic priorities.
  • Oversee partnerships and program timelines, track key metrics, and recommend improvements to tools and processes that support team efficiency.
  • Spot and pursue opportunities to position GAC leaders as influential voices at the intersection of AI and culture.
