Role Overview
As a Project Administrator, you will help support the rollout of new venue launches, refurbishment work, and other development initiatives across the EATX portfolio. Your role will be central to keeping projects structured, well-documented, and progressing smoothly by managing information flow, coordination, and administrative follow-up among different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep project trackers, schedules, and milestone plans updated.
- Organise and maintain project files, agreements, and approval records.
- Monitor pending submissions, permits, and regulatory approvals.
- Arrange meetings, site inspections, and contractor schedules.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have prior experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or comparable position. You should be highly organised, confident in administrative handling, and comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders.
