Role overview
The Project Coordinator will join a dedicated project management team based in Artarmon, NSW. The role focuses on helping deliver complex, high-priority projects by keeping timelines on track, ensuring stakeholders stay informed, and maintaining orderly project records from project launch through final handover.
This position suits someone who is highly organised, communicates clearly, and performs well in settings where detail and precision matter.
Key duties
- Assist Project Managers with live projects by monitoring milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams, production centres, and external suppliers.
- Handle document control and keep project records accurate, current, and revision-managed throughout each phase.
- Support logistics coordination, request supplier quotations, and assist with invoicing activities.
- Prepare prompt updates on project status and compare forecast outcomes against actual performance.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with customers for the full project duration.
What the employer is seeking

- Comfort operating in deadline-driven, accuracy-focused environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or project management tools; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

- Understanding of ISO standards or quality assurance processes is helpful but not essential.
Additional details
This is an office-based role in Artarmon, NSW, with some flexibility for hybrid working. The location is approximately 20 to 30 minutes north of the Sydney CBD. The assignment is expected to last 3 to 6 months, with a genuine opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
