Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for a Project Coordinator supporting a major hospitality technology rollout. The assignment is remote within the United States and is expected to run for more than 6 months. The role sits within a global transformation program focused on moving property management system integrations to a modern cloud platform across a worldwide hotel portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate preparedness tasks, onboarding steps, and implementation checklists with external technology partners and hotel teams.
- Support planning, scheduling, and execution across the full lifecycle of the system migration and deployment.
- Work with Project Managers to run status meetings, manage stakeholder updates, and assist with implementation planning sessions.
- Follow project milestones, open actions, dependencies, and deliverables to help keep execution on track.
- Act as the main coordination link among internal teams, hotel operations, and outside vendors.
- Monitor vendor schedules, responses, and technical needs to maintain project progress.
- Escalate questions and blockers to the appropriate technical or business contacts for resolution.
- Support change management efforts by helping with communications, training readiness, and adoption activities.
- Create and keep updated implementation documents, process references, and operational checklists.
- Provide support before, during, and after deployment to help ensure a smooth transition.
- Work with stakeholders across multiple time zones and regions to support global delivery.

- Background in coordinating technology implementations, system migrations, or enterprise software rollouts.
- Strong organizational ability, project tracking skills, and clear communication.
- Comfort managing several priorities at once in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project records.
- Willingness to support global initiatives that may require flexible working hours.
- Experience in hospitality, property management systems, SaaS implementations, or enterprise technology projects is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of change management concepts and stakeholder engagement best practices is preferred.
