Role overview
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day management and operational improvement of a digital platform in Singapore. This role is a good fit for someone who brings project coordination experience, service support capability, and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
What you will do
- Support business operations and coordinate activities with training partners and customers.
- Work with different internal teams on routine operations and escalation handling.
- Track issues, tasks, and the progress of their resolution.
- Take part in project rollout and implementation activities.
- Build, review, and test cross-functional standard operating procedures.
- Create and upkeep business continuity planning frameworks.
- Set up and apply risk assessment frameworks.
Service support responsibilities
- Handle incoming platform tickets as the first-line support contact.
- Help establish and run a SaaS/PaaS support centre.
- Prepare customer-facing support materials for the platform and website.
- Follow support cases through to ensure timely and quality resolution.
Training and documentation
- Support onboarding and training for service providers, shipping lines, and users of the platform.
- Develop and maintain onboarding-related content and documentation.
Experience and qualifications
The preferred candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in project coordination, ideally in a digital platform setting. Experience with SaaS/PaaS environments and service support operations is important, along with the ability to create and maintain documentation such as SOPs and user guides. Strong stakeholder coordination skills are also required.
