Project Coordinator - Industrial Services

Role Overview

This position is for a Project Coordinator within the Industrial Services division in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on coordinating inspection-related activities, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution across client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to plan inspection mobilization and demobilization across UAE project sites, ensuring timing is controlled effectively.
• Identify and source suitable inspectors with assistance from local and overseas teams as well as external suppliers.
• Assess submitted inspector CVs and determine whether they match the needs of the assignment.
• Verify that all site, client, and logistical arrangements are completed before inspectors are mobilized.
• Assist with the invoicing cycle by preparing the necessary timesheets, backup documents, and approval records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A BSc in Engineering, a diploma, or an equivalent academic qualification.
• Between 4 and 10 years of experience in a similar coordination role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Background in coordinating multiple stakeholders and handling operational activities.
• Strong customer-focused approach with good problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
• Well-developed organization skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
• Comfortable handling administrative responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal ability.
• Ability to adjust quickly and perform effectively in a fast-changing business environment.
