Role overview

In this Project Coordinator position, you will support the coordination of projects and operational initiatives that improve service delivery and performance across the business. The role combines data analysis, project execution and process enhancement to help deliver effective outcomes.

You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments, helping initiatives move forward smoothly while also identifying gaps in existing processes and turning insights into practical improvements. The position also contributes to building a culture that values learning and safety.

What you will do

  • Analyse information and use findings to develop reports, insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Spot inefficiencies in current processes and help implement better ways of working.

  • Maintain operational dashboards and support reporting requirements.
  • Help strengthen service quality, operational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.

What the employer is looking for

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can manage several priorities in a fast-moving environment. Experience in project coordination, particularly within Learning & Development or HR settings, is highly valued. You should be comfortable working with data, influencing others and contributing to continuous improvement.

The role also requires someone who can communicate clearly, solve problems effectively and build productive working relationships across the organisation.

Why consider this role

The organisation offers a competitive salary along with benefits intended to support both professional growth and personal wellbeing. This is an opportunity to develop your career within a supportive team that values inclusion, respect and performance.
