What you will do
- Review drawings, specifications, and other construction documents to produce reliable estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor.
- Calculate pricing for materials, equipment, subcontracted scopes, and labor on commercial projects.
- Support procurement planning and cultivate effective relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Carry out value management work and help prepare budget estimates and project schedules.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Estimator role is preferred.
- Experience using Destiny (Beck Technology) estimating software is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organization skills.
Compensation
The posted annual salary range is $80,000 to $115,000.
