Role Overview

This full-time position is based on-site in Nashville, Tennessee. The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across content, brand collaborations, events, and partnership initiatives. The role requires working closely with internal teams and outside partners to keep workstreams organized, on time, and aligned with project goals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking systems to guide initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Align internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution across cross-functional workstreams.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and available resources so projects stay within scope and on schedule.
  • Identify project risks and issues early, then help resolve them to prevent delays or disruptions.
  • Coordinate inspections or quality reviews when needed to confirm deliverables meet required standards.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders throughout each phase of the project.
  • Support process improvements, documentation, and reporting that help the team scale efficiently in a fast-moving creative setting.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven project management ability, including use of project management methods and tools to lead cross-functional efforts from start to finish.
  • Hands-on experience with expediting work, making sure materials, approvals, and outputs move forward efficiently at every stage.
  • Exposure to logistics coordination, including scheduling vendors, resources, and timelines for events, productions, or experiential campaigns.
  • Ability to conduct inspections or quality checks and verify that deliverables match expectations and standards.
  • Strong organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills with experience in stakeholder updates and status reporting.
  • Working knowledge of collaboration and project tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms, plus basic spreadsheet and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in entertainment, media, events, or lifestyle brands is an advantage, along with an interest in country music and western culture.
