Role Overview
The company is hiring a motivated Property Consultant to join its real estate sales team in Riyadh. This position focuses on turning company-provided leads and walk-in enquiries into completed property deals. You will report to the Senior Property Consultant or Sales Manager, strengthen your product expertise, nurture client relationships, and work toward an annual sales goal of SAR 4,000,000. The role is well suited for ambitious candidates who want to begin or grow a career in property sales in a guided and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming leads and walk-in clients, then present available properties in a clear and persuasive way.
- Develop rapport with potential buyers and support them throughout the full buying journey, from first enquiry through to signed agreement.
- Consistently work toward, and aim to exceed, the assigned annual sales target of SAR 4,000,000 while reviewing progress on a daily and weekly basis.
- Keep CRM records current by accurately logging client conversations, leads, and deal progress, and ensure every enquiry receives timely follow-up.
- Build strong knowledge of the property portfolio, pricing, payment structures, and market positioning, while staying informed about real estate trends in Riyadh.
- Coordinate with senior consultants, marketing, and operations teams to provide a seamless client experience and contribute in meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
- Carry out all sales activities in line with company policy, Saudi real estate regulations, and high professional ethics.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with Business Administration or Marketing considered an advantage. The preferred background includes 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, or other client-facing roles. Exposure to real estate sales is a plus, and English proficiency is an added advantage.
