Job description

About the Company

DCOH is a Darwin-based, locally owned business founded in 1987. Its capabilities extend across construction, development, operations, and hospitality. Within the DCOH group, Solis Real Estate brings more than 25 years of combined property industry experience and manages a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial and residential properties for over 300 owners. The team focuses on delivering tailored, high-touch service to both tenants and landlords.

About the Role

This part-time position is based in Darwin City and supports the Licensee and Property Manager across day-to-day property management activities. The role includes assistance with inspections, maintenance coordination, lease paperwork, tenant communication, marketing support, property administration, and handling incoming queries. It also contributes to the smooth running of broader property operations.

Key Duties

  • Support property managers in expanding the residential portfolio through new property sourcing and business development activity.
  • Manage tenancy arrears by issuing automated reminders through Property Me and keeping the Property Manager informed.
  • Coordinate inspection scheduling and assist with ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections, including report preparation.
  • Coordinate maintenance by notifying owners, obtaining approvals, and liaising with contractors.
  • Draft lease documents and review tenancy applications.
  • Maintain accurate filing and archiving systems, along with general administrative support as needed.
  • Respond to tenant enquiries and provide proactive day-to-day support to property managers.
  • Work with initiative, both independently and as part of a team, to help achieve business objectives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is self-driven, positive, and comfortable working collaboratively or on their own. Strong communication and customer service skills are important, along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, organise priorities, and maintain a practical interest in property management. Good computer literacy is expected, and previous exposure to property management systems will be an advantage.

Application Process

Applicants are asked to submit a CV and a cover letter outlining their background and addressing the role criteria.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
