Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a residential property portfolio in Parnell and nearby central Auckland areas.
• Handle all daily property management tasks.
• Foster strong connections with property owners, renters, and service providers.
• Arrange and oversee property maintenance, addressing issues promptly.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
• Maintain precise records and generate necessary reports.
