Overview
Clean Harbors is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This role serves as the main contact for managing customer-requested prequalification packages and vendor questionnaires. It also involves preparing and submitting straightforward proposals, including Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) service bids and Transportation and Disposal (T&D) bids. In addition, the position provides support to the Proposal Group and Corporate Proposals Department with prequalification and health and safety information requests, signature coordination, corporate seals, and shared-drive data handling.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer and vendor prequalification forms, including requests related to health and safety, equal employment opportunity, and financial information.
- Prepare basic HHW and T&D bid responses, ensuring proposals are accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Support larger proposal efforts by completing prequalification materials for Proposal Managers, including health and safety, EEO, and financial documentation.
- Maintain and refresh boilerplate content and statistics used in recurring prequalification packages and environmental or industrial service bids.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Proposals Department, such as obtaining officer signatures and notarization, maintaining proper SharePoint filing practices for new field bid requests, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a comparable role such as legal support, administration, or procurement.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
