About the Company
Prompt builds B2B enterprise software for rehab therapy businesses, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and making clinic workflows more efficient through modern technology. The team is mission-driven, works quickly, and values independent thinkers who take responsibility for results.
Role Summary
As a QA Analyst, you will help safeguard the quality, consistency, and dependability of Prompt’s software. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and design teams to verify releases before they reach users, with a strong emphasis on manual testing. The role also includes evaluating AI-powered features and using AI-driven or agentic tools to make testing faster, smarter, and more effective.
This position is best suited to a highly driven self-starter who is detail-oriented, curious, proactive, and comfortable solving complex problems in a fast-moving environment. Your work will directly influence the reliability of tools used by rehab therapy teams and will contribute to Prompt’s broader QA strategy.
Why Join Prompt

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing for new and existing product features.
- Find, record, and clearly communicate defects to engineering for timely fixes.
- Validate AI-enabled functionality for accuracy, reliability, usability, edge cases, and unexpected behavior.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic tools to improve test planning, test generation, exploratory testing, documentation, and overall QA productivity.
- Collaborate with product, development, and design teams to understand requirements and align on quality expectations.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of test plans, test cases, and execution results.
- Manage daily priorities across multiple workstreams, focus on high-risk/high-impact areas, and proactively raise blockers, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Suggest process improvements that strengthen testing methods, documentation standards, and team workflows.
- Demonstrate strong ownership by following through on commitments and consistently raising quality standards.
- Organize work effectively, adapt to shifting priorities, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst role or a similar position, ideally in healthcare software or a related domain such as rehab therapy.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing approaches including functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing.
- Experience evaluating AI-enabled features, or a clear willingness to learn how to assess AI outputs, find edge cases, and use AI tools in QA.
- Strong ability to write test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and a sharp eye for inconsistencies or product issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting ability.
- Comfort working in a team environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through with a high-performance mindset.

- Basic familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
