Nextiva is focused on transforming customer experience by uniting collaboration and customer communications on one AI-enabled, conversation-driven platform. The company’s approach is rooted in strong service, innovation, and building meaningful connections that help businesses achieve better outcomes.

Role Overview

This position sits within the Architecture team and supports quality across marketing properties and digital experiences. The work is hands-on and highly organized, with a focus on preventing defects before release across websites, landing pages, forms, campaigns, and related user journeys.

The job is designed for someone who enjoys practical QA work, wants to build expertise with mentorship and training, and can become a dependable partner for teams that need issues identified early and resolved quickly.

Work Location and Schedule

This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters at 9451 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256. The position is expected to be onsite five days a week to support a collaborative in-person environment that helps speed up decisions, communication, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

The role covers quality assurance across fast-moving marketing and web releases, including many pages, emails, campaigns, and digital properties.

  • Perform manual QA checks for websites, landing pages, forms, and user flows.
  • Test across browsers and platforms including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Windows, macOS, and mobile or tablet devices.
  • Validate responsive behavior and mobile user experience across different screen sizes.
  • Check forms, lead-routing behavior, tracking, and submission performance.
  • Review UI and UX consistency, visual alignment, spacing, layout, and defects.
  • Prepare detailed bug reports with screenshots, videos, and clear reproduction steps.
  • Coordinate QA activities across several websites and parallel projects.
  • Maintain testing checklists, test cases, and QA documentation as ongoing reference assets.
  • Validate marketing campaigns and landing pages before they go live.
  • Run regression testing for releases and updates.
  • Support AI-assisted automated testing workflows by monitoring, maintaining, and improving them.
  • Work closely with developers, marketers, designers, and other stakeholders to move issues toward resolution quickly.

Required Experience and Skills

Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in website QA, web testing, or QA coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, can manage multiple priorities, and brings strong documentation habits along with a sense of ownership.

  • Solid experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
  • A strong eye for layout quality, usability, spacing, and visual consistency.
  • Experience testing forms, workflows, and complete user journeys end to end.
  • Well-developed documentation and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Comfort with bug tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
  • Experience using AI tools for testing support, productivity, or automation.
  • Self-starter mindset with proactive problem-solving and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with WordPress or WordPress VIP.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Hands-on use of BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Selenium, Playwright, or comparable tools.
  • Background in validating analytics, tracking pixels, or marketing campaign journeys.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with AI-based or automated testing platforms.
  • eCommerce QA experience.
