About the role
This position sits in Dubai, UAE and reports to the Laundry Operations Manager. The role is focused on making sure every processed garment meets the required quality standard before it is sent out. You will oversee final checks, handle mismatches, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to prevent repeat quality issues.

Key responsibilities
- Carry out final inspections to confirm that all processed garments satisfy the required quality standards before release.
- Match processed items with Order Management System records to confirm item-by-item reconciliation.
- Coordinate with partner facility supervisors on rework, quality concerns, and corrective actions.
- Spot repeated quality problems, investigate why they are happening, and suggest ways to improve processes and efficiency.
- Authorize completed orders for dispatch only after quality checks and reconciliation have been fully completed.
- Look into damaged, defective, or missing items and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to close out the issue.
- Prepare and maintain daily QA reports, including performance data and trend observations for ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in quality control or garment/laundry operations.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and close attention to detail.
- Experience dealing with third-party vendors or external partners is an advantage.
- Ability to handle escalations effectively in a busy, fast-moving operational setting.
Success measures
- Lower customer complaint levels linked to garment quality and processing standards.
- Better control and reduction of rework across processed orders.
- Consistently strong on-time QA clearance to support smooth dispatch operations.
