About the Role
Winner Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a strong interest in developing modern digital skills for quantity surveying, data management, and analysis of MEP/HVAC/ACMV systems. This role is crucial for staying competitive in the global trend of sustainability and green initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Report to the QS Manager.
- Actively participate in the tendering process to secure project bids.
- Collect and manage data for cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and procurement.
- Develop detailed and strategic cost estimates for tenders and projects, considering project specifications, market rates, and labor costs.
- Prepare and present cost estimates, translating data into actionable insights for successful bidding.
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager to prepare and review contract documents, tender documents, and bills of quantities, ensuring compliance with BCA guidelines and Singapore's regulatory framework.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Experience in MEP/HVAC/ACMV systems is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Data Analysis concepts is advantageous.
- Knowledge of modern digital solutions such as takeoff software, RPA, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and AI/ML is a plus.
- Strong command of the English language and a willingness to adapt to industry changes.

Eligibility
Candidates with a relevant Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in MEP/HVAC/ACMV systems, data analysis, and digital tools is advantageous.
