Its network includes around 2,000 diagnostic imaging professionals and support staff across 150 locations nationwide, covering radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses, centre support teams, and independent radiologists.

Role Overview

This permanent full-time radiography position is based in Melbourne and offers the chance to work across two different sites, gaining exposure to a broader range of cases and building experience in a modern, supportive environment.

The role is split between The Avenue Private Hospital on Monday and Tuesday, where duties include general X-ray, fluoroscopy, theatre work, and potential future CT training, and Docklands for the remaining days, where the focus is general X-ray in a central, convenient location.

Key Responsibilities

You will deliver high-quality imaging services across the assigned sites, work independently on general X-rays, and contribute to a collaborative clinical team. A strong focus on patient care, communication, and professional conduct is essential.

Requirements

Applicants should hold the necessary professional qualifications and registrations to work as a radiographer in Victoria.

  • Qualification in Medical Imaging Technology
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Valid VIC radiation licence
  • Ability to carry out general X-rays without supervision
  • Commitment to excellent patient care
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Driver’s licence
