As an R&D Engineer, you will be instrumental in product development, working at the core of VAARHAFT to advance our vision and maintain our technological edge. Your primary focus will be the strategic research and enhancement of our neural network-based model architectures.

• Analyze cutting-edge research findings and deep tech methodologies.
• Design, evaluate, and implement novel processes to continuously improve our existing models' performance.
• Leverage your innovative capabilities to ensure our technology remains market-leading in combating manipulated digital media.

• Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a similarly rigorous quantitative discipline.
• Possess several years of demonstrated experience in researching and developing deep learning models and neural network architectures, specifically within computer vision.
• Have a proven track record of independently conceptualizing and executing research projects.
• Be proficient in utilizing AI application layers such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude-Code, Codex, and Gemini-CLI.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving acumen and analytical thinking.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork with cross-functional teams.
• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving intricate problems.
• Experience with process automation frameworks like N8N or Make is considered a plus.
